Augusta Magazine, purchased by
Morris in 1994 and published by The Augusta Chronicle,
spotlights the people, places, issues and events that make the
Augusta area a lively and interesting place to live.
Through compelling editorial content, engaging photography and
innovative design, the magazine informs and entertains its readers
with sophisticated portraits of the Augusta experience. The editorial focus of Augusta Magazine
sets the stage for upscale advertisements in an expanding market.
Augusta Magazine’s circulation is 10,000, with
a readership of 86,000.
The custom publishing arm of the magazine was established in 1996
and provides an excellent boost to annual revenue. Through this
entity, the staff produces high-quality special-interest publications
for outside clients, as well as the city, including annual publications
for the Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce and the Augusta Convention
and Visitors Bureau.
